Decoction (Kadha) Method:
Mix 10 gm of Black Turmeric powder in 100 ml of distilled Gomutra
Boil the mixture gently until it reduces to 30 ml
Allow to cool and consume on an empty stomach
Dosage:
Age 15–25: 15 ml
Age 25+: 30 ml
Recommended Time: Morning between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
